Dan’s Mission

As a strategic thought partner, Dan works with his clients to identify challenges and develop tailored solutions that address the unique needs of their school communities. By fostering a deeper understanding and awareness of complex issues, he aims to facilitate positive change within school communities, creating more inclusive, equitable, and welcoming environments for all. Through his workshops and signature course, Dan supports individuals develop the skills, strategies, and empathy necessary to promote constructive dialogues and ultimately a more just and understanding world.

About Founder

Dr. Dan Morrison (he/him) is an educational leader committed to nurturing equitable and inclusive organizations. With a strong background in special education and curriculum development, he leverages the power of structured inquiry, critical self-reflection, and shared storytelling to foster collaboration and understanding among educators and learners.

Dan obtained his undergraduate degree in Biology at Colby College before pursuing a Masters in Special Education at Simmons College. He later earned a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Organization at the University of Pennsylvania, where he focused on creating meaningful pathways to bridge the gaps in today's diverse educational landscape.

With his wealth of knowledge and experience, Dan supports educational communities to achieve their highest potential by promoting equitable access to resources and opportunities, fostering a culture of inclusivity, and nurturing a shared sense of purpose among all stakeholders.
