What is The Magical Forest®?

The Magical Forest® is a conceptual framework for understanding the interpersonal dynamics at play in school communities. As a consultant, I use the lens of the magical forest to recast members of academic communities as curious forest creatures engaged in a variety of unique and particular dances. Since the nuances of each dance are often lost on the casual observer or novice, clients and I (literally and figuratively) wander together through their schools -- The Magical Forest -- to gain insight into why some forest creatures seem to reflexively dismiss the dances of other forest creatures.

Are there other resources you recommend I check out?

Note: Here’s the original document of resources they put together.
